What is spatial data
Spatial data connects an object or feature to a specific location on the surface of the earth. This location information is represented by numeric values in geographic coordinates. Spatial data is useful for spatial measurements (i.e. distance, area), spatial functions (i.e. proximity, overly), and spatial models (eg. Suitability model, water models etc.) Telegenisys analysts can provide data and image analysis and help maintain large complex databases used by GIS processing platforms.
